Ohr Naava, founded in loving memory of Naava Katlowitz, has expanded its doors once again.
Merging with Tiferes Bnos Yisroel, Ateres Naava provides a full-morning, college accredited seminary experience for post high-school girls, in addition to offering returning seminary graduates a continuing Judaic Studies program. Our full morning, college accredited program allows time for students to work, or to take afternoon or evening classes at the college of their choice.

EXCITING COURSES
Ateres Naava offers exciting courses that are challenging, interesting and practical. We have developed an array of classes that cover topics such as Halacha, Hashkafa and Tanach. Our program is designed to help each girl increase her learning skills and at the same time deepen her awareness, understanding and commitment to Torah. Our program is specifically designed to address the issues and cater to the needs of each class, as well as each student. Our teachers and class discussions provide a comfortable environment for girls to ask questions, talk and develop their minds.

STUDENT BODY
Ateres Naava students come from a wide range of backgrounds. Both tracks are composed of local and out of town girls who have attended a variety of high-schools and seminaries. The greatest common thread among our students is their sincere desire to learn and to grow. As they move upward together, they become a family. Our students help each other in their personal struggles, showing an inspiring amount of love, encouragement and support.
LOCATION
Ateres Naava is located on the site of Ohr Naava Women’s Torah Center in Brooklyn, NY. Students at Ateres Naava are encouraged to join the nightly classes and activities provided free of charge for women ages 17 to 120. Although Ateres Naava is asily accessible by both car and public transportation, free transportation is provided for girls traveling from Queens. |
