I have a pretty, light, remodeled one bedroom attic apartment in a very nice neighborhood on East 9th between Ditmas and 18th Avenue. I am looking for someone to share or sublet my apartment.

For the next few months - maybe 3, 4 or 6 or possibly longer, I will be out of town but will come back periodically. The current plan is that I will leave either during or after Channukah, which is when this situation would begin. I would return in the beginning of February for a few weeks. After that, the current plan is to leave again for a number of months.

To share, you would be able to live alone most of the time and would have the entire house. When I would return, you would have your room and we would share the kitchen and bathroom. When I am gone, you would pay a larger portion, and when I am in town we would split it.

Or you can sublet the entire house for 4-6 months, maybe longer
